用途 Purpose

　　電動試壓泵是專供各類壓力容器，管道，閥門，蒸汽鍋爐等作水壓試驗和試驗室中獲得高壓液體的設備。使壓用介質為水或粘度與水相近的中性油品，其溫度為5-60度。

　　本泵在試壓的初始階段能迅速沖壓并且升壓，以縮短試壓時間，當壓力超過2mpa (此壓力可以調低）後，為使試壓 過程能平穩而緩慢地進行，則流量自動減小，所以本泵在高、低壓時具有兩種流量，并能自動交換，凡在額定排出壓力以 下，可進行任意壓力的水壓試驗。

　　Electric hydraulic test pumps are used for hydrostatic tests of various pressure containers, pipelines, valves and steam boilers, etc. and for the obtainment of high-pressure liquid in the laboratory. At 5°C-60°C, the press medium is water or neutral oil whose viscosity is similar to water.

　　He pump of this kind is capable of pressing and boosting pressure quickly to shorten the testing time at the initial stage. After the pressure has exceeded 2mpa (downward adjustment available), the flow will be reduced automatically for the smooth and slow process. The pump, so to speak, has two kinds of flow at high and low pressures, capable of automatic switching. In case it falls within the rated discharge pressure, a hydrostatic test at any pressure can be conducted.
